Q: How can I find out my child's size?
A: Please refer to our size chart to find out your child's size. If you are still unsure or have questions about the fit of an item, please email us at hi@kids-crafter.com.
Q: Do I need a Paypal account to place an order?
A: No, you do not need to have a Paypal account to place an order. At the Paypal payment page, simply key in your credit/debit card information to make your purchase.
Q: Where do I enter the discount code?
A: If you are placing your order with your computer, you will be able to enter the discount code on the right of the checkout page, under "Order Summary". If you are making your purchase using your mobile device, you will be able to enter the discount code after you have submitted your shipping information.
Q: Where is Kidscrafter located at?
A: We are an international online store, which means that you can shop with us 24/7!
Q: What are the delivery rates for shipping in Singapore?
A: We offer free courier delivery for local orders above $50. Orders below $50 will incur a shipping fee of $4.50. Please click on Delivery & Shipping to find out more.
Q: Do you do international shipping?
A: Yes, we do! Kidscrafter ships to most foreign countries. For international delivery, your delivery charges may vary with the countries selected. Q: What are the rates for international shipping?
A: You may find out the charges applicable for international shipping at the checkout page.
Q: Can I request for a refund?
A: We do not provide cash refunds. We will only refund the amount back as store credit. Please click on Return Policy to find out more!
Q: How long can I keep my store credit?
A: Store credit only has a validity of 3 months from the date of purchase. It is non-transferable and can't be exchange for cash.
